Vishnu, the preserver of the universe, can be seen here resting on the serpent Ananta. This temple is located near the Achyut Raya's temple in the northern end of Courtesan's street. The shrine was built in rectangular shape with a porch outside it. The sanctum-sanctorum  is dimly lit. It is better to visit the temple during the day time so that you can easily see the images inside it.

Housed inside the main shrine are the beautiful images of Lord Vishnu, his consorts and lord Brahma.. He is resting on the cosmic snake Anantha. Lord Vishnu has four arms. One of the right hand supports the head of the snake, the other holds the Chakra(the discus weapon). One of his left hand holds a conch shell called Panchajanya, the other left hand rests by his side. Goddess Laxmi and goddess Bhudevi sit besides him. Lord Brahma, the creator of the Universe is seated on a lotus, which rises from the naval of lord Vishnu. Devotees from all over the country come here to take the blessings of the Almighty.
