Munnar Attractions

Eravikulam National Park
A home to the endangered Nigiri Tahr, Eravikulam National Park covers an area of 97 sq km. Some of? the other inhabitants here are ruddy mongoose, nilgiri marten, dusky striped squirrel, nilgiri langur, sambhar, Golden jackel, jungle cat, tiger, leopard, elephant and Indian porcupine. Best time to visit the Park is between March-November. Enjoy the scenery of the Park which is a combination of grassland, shrubs and forests.

Devikulam
Located at a distance of 7 km from Munnar is an impressive hill station called Devikulam. The meaning of Deviculam is 'the lake or pond of Devi'. According to the legend, goddess Sita took a bath in the lake at Deviculam. The waters of the lake is believed to have curative powers. Devikulam is a hot stop in Kerala and is visited by a lot of tourists.

Tea and Coffee Plantations
